Thank you for purchasing one of my puppies. Your puppy comes with 1^st Complete series of puppy shots, wormings, preventatives and his/her medical records to take to your Vet.

I have taken every possible precaution to insure that your puppy has not been exposed to any doggie illnesses. I advise you to not take him/her outside on the ground until they have had all puppy shots to prevent Parvo or some other airborne disease as viruses are not covered in Genetic Guarantee.

I will guarantee your puppy to be free from Genetic Diseases only that are life threatening, providing you take him/her to a Veterinarian within 48hrs from purchase. If your Veterinarian finds your puppy to have a life threatening Genetic disease you are required to return the puppy immediately from Vet office with a complete report of condition stating that puppy will not live. Your puppy will be replaced with another puppy in equal Value. I am Not responsible for any Veterinarian bills. This is standard policy with most breeders that do offer a health guarantee.

Upon signing this agreement, you are stating that you have examined this puppy and find it to be in good physical condition.

By signing this agreement you are stating that you have read the Adoption policy on website and agree to it in regards to return and care policy.
